Join the Wunderflats Referral Program for Landlords!

Refer new landlords to Wunderflats and receive €300 for each successful first rental. The new landlords will also receive €300. This is how the referral program works:

You’re already successfully renting out your property with Wunderflats – spread the word and receive €300! Use our Landlord Referral Program and invite new landlords to our platform. After their first successful booking, you will both receive €300.

Learn how to recommend Wunderflats to other landlords if you are already renting out your property via our platform. If you are new to Wunderflats, we will show you how to start renting out your furnished apartment with Wunderflats.

I am a Wunderflats landlord and want to invite other landlords

How can I invite new landlords?

After you log in as a landlord, you can invite other landlords to Wunderflats. To do so, click on the three lines at the top right of your account symbol and select “Invite Landlord” or click here.

You can enter the email address of the person you would like to invite to Wunderflats. We will automatically send an email with your invitation to this email address. You can enter several email addresses one after the other.

Alternatively, you can copy the link below the input field and forward it. This is your individual referral link. You can use the same link for all persons you would like to invite to Wunderflats.

I have referred a landlord. When do I receive the €300 credit?

The landlord you referred must register on Wunderflats and create a listing either via the invitation email they received from us or via the link you obtained under “Invite Landlords” and sent to them. As soon as we have activated this listing and it has been successfully booked (a booking has been bindingly confirmed by the landlord) for the first time, you will receive a credit of €300. This credit will automatically be deducted from your next invoices.

How do I know if my referrals were successful?

If you are logged in to your account, you can find the status of your referrals under “Invite landlord” at the bottom of your personal referral page. There you can see when each invitation was sent, whether the invited landlords have registered on Wunderflats, and whether a listing was successfully rented for the first time. You can also see how much money has already been credited to your account.

I was invited to Wunderflats and want to rent out my furnished apartment temporarily

How do I create a Wunderflats account?

If you have received an invitation email from Wunderflats, please click on the “List my apartment” button. If instead, you have received a link from the landlord inviting you to join us, open this link in your browser. In both cases, you will be taken to our website where you can start creating your first listing by clicking on “Start renting now”. Register and create your first listing in just a few steps.

As a landlord, your Wunderflats account helps you to manage your apartments. You can create listings, improve them, update availabilities, or import them from iCalendar. You can also see the booking requests you received and answer them directly.

I was referred. Do I also receive the €300 credit?

If you have received an invitation email from Wunderflats, please click on the “List my apartment” button. If instead, you have received a link from the landlord/-lady inviting you to join us, open this link in your browser.

If you have created a listing via one of these options by clicking on “Start renting out” and this listing has been successfully booked for the first time (a booking has been bindingly confirmed by you as the landlord), you will receive a credit of €300.

This credit will automatically be deducted from your next invoices.

Each referral counts!

With your referral, you’re helping other landlords rent out their apartments successfully and safely. Refer as many landlords as you like to Wunderflats. There is no upper limit for the credits you can receive. Every successful referral counts!

Please note: This promotion cannot be combined with other discount promotions. Neither commercial publication, cash payment, nor payment of any remaining credit is allowed.
